Since 2018, TEK-Zence has worked with remote logging and developed smart sensor solutions for buildings and structures.

We adapt and create tailor-made solutions for our customers. The sensors deliver qualitative data through our portal and API. Through artificial intelligence, we help with sophisticated and automatic measurement results.

Team TEK-Zence has a strong professional environment with broad expertise in all construction disciplines. We have specialists in moisture mechanics, construction, nanoelectronics, systems, parallelisation, machine learning and robotics.

Works as an appraiser within condition reports and damage. Lasse is the general manager of the valuation firm TEK-Norge, and one of his main tasks is to further develop the company. Strong academic expertise in construction and construction.

TEK-Zence began its journey in 2016, with a sensor on the market in 2019. The company has had two issues and growth since the first year of operation.
The model is a subscription and long-term profitability is the underlying premise for everything we do.

To achieve these goals, we must continue to improve, develop and streamline TEK-Zence, while actively phasing out what is no longer profitable and building the platform and solutions of the future.
